What do you want to write? Short stories? Poems? Maybe even a novel? In this special workshop for young writers, you’ll learn the secrets of turning ordinary writing into extraordinary writing and make your words come to life on the page. In eight weekly sessions, young writers will work closely with an award-winning writer and educator who will offer expert feedback on ongoing writing projects and stimulating writing exercises that will help students become more engaged and resourceful writers. The workshop will culminate in public reading featuring the young writers’ work and a celebration.
