What is Library Express?Library Express is an automated book vending machine located at the Scarsdale Train Station next to Starbucks. It is a self-contained collection that can be borrowed by anyone with a card from a Westchester Library System library. A touch screen is used to select from over 200 books that are delivered through an opening in the front of the unit. Books are returned through the same slot.
