Qi Gong for health and energy. Join us to practice this gentle body movement for healing the body, mind and emotions. Qi Gong has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress.
Join us as we make bite sized pillows of yum with just potatoes, flour and eggs. We'll sample them with some simple sauces anyone can throw together at the last minute.
