Brain health is essential for quality of life, especially as one ages. Come hear from neurosurgeon Marc Otten as he gives an approachable and lively overview of the health of the brain and spine, with a particular focus on the factors known to promote brain health over time. He'll discuss the problems that might warrant the kinds of procedures he regularly performs and the steps to take to increase the likelihood of avoiding such problems in the first place. There will be time for questions with Dr. Otten afterward.
