Join us at the library for “Chair Yoga with Ellen,” a seated, one hour yoga class for all skill levels.

The class encourages building strength and stamina, and includes stretching and guided meditation. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: This program is in person only and registration is mandatory in order to provide a comfortable environment for all participants.
