For Teens in Grades 8-12.

What does an effective resume look like and sound like, and why? In this workshop, we'll review aspects of an effective student resume and consider the valuable skills that high school students have that employers want to see. Participants will walk away with an understanding of how to improve their resumes and how to "target" a resume towards a field or a position.


PRESENTER BIO: Amy Estersohn is a Scarsdale High School graduate who has worked in admissions and career advising roles at the University of Chicago. She takes a strengths-based philosophy to her work, helping students see how they can bring their best assets to any college or workplace. As a professional member of Independent Educational Consultants Association, Amy is dedicated to the field of educational consulting and mentors others in her industry.
