Taught by certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Nancy Kardon of Iyengar Yoga, Scarsdale. Beginning Buddhist meditation practice in the early 70s and Iyengar Yoga in the early 90s, Nancy has been learning for decades how to connect with our heart/mind and bring joy into our challenging lives.
Recommended yoga props (or substitutes) : 1 firm yoga bolster, 3 firm blankets, yoga strap belt 2 blocks, a sturdy folding chair.
