Library Branch: Scarsdale Public Library Room: Children's Program Room Age Group: Children Program Type: Arts & Crafts, Storytimes Registration Required Event Details: It's Tea Time! Dress up and come in with your most creative clothing. You can even bring your favorite stuffed animal. Unattended Children Parents and Caregivers should be attentive to children under their care at all times during the program. Children are not permitted to be left unsupervised by their caregiver unless over the age of 10.
