step 1: check your contact info.
- Double check your contact information by signing in to the online catalog with your 14 digit library card number and your PIN (usually the last four digits of your phone number). If you have problems with this, call (914) 722-1300 between 9 AM -12 PM and 1 PM – 4 PM or email email@example.com.
- Please make sure that you have your notification preferences set to text and/or email.
- Check your holds. If there is something you don’t want anymore, please cancel the hold. If you can’t get to the Library on weekdays during the day, suspend your hold. We will extend curbside days and hours, but we don’t have a set date yet. Change your pickup location to your home library. Initially, holds will only be filled for home library patrons from items at their home library. Interlibrary deliveries will resume July 1st, when you will be able to place holds on materials from other Westchester libraries and pick them up in Scarsdale.

Please do not arrive before or after your scheduled time. Your materials will be waiting for you in a labeled bag under the white tent outside of the Loft at 244 Heathcote Road. Please do not return items to this table. All returns should go in the book return bins.
step 5: enjoy your materials.
Enjoy your materials and return them to our bins outside the Loft after you are finished. Bins will be open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Please do not return materials to the holds pickup table.
