The Scarsdale Public Library is offering “Chair Yoga with Ellen,” a seated yoga class, Tuesdays at 11 AM. The class includes building strength and stamina, stretching and guided meditation and breathing.
Join us at the library for an informal weekly knitting and crocheting meetup group.
Bring your own project and spend time with other local crafters. Knit, crochet, chat, share knowledge, and make friends.

Join us to practice this gentle body movement for healing the body, mind and emotions. Qi Gong has been shown to reduce pain, improve concentration, and help people cope with stress.
