Study Rooms
The Library has three (3) study rooms that can accommodate a maximum of four (4) people. They can be reserved by Scarsdale cardholders up to one (1) week in advance. When not reserved or in use, non-Scarsdale Library card holders may use these rooms on a first come, first serve basis. Use limited to three (3) times per week and two (2) hours per day. After 15 minutes, patrons who fail to show for their reserved room may have their reservation cancelled. Reservations end 15 minutes before closing.
Conference Room
The Library has one (1) conference room that can accommodate up to 12 people. It can be reserved up to two (2) months in advance for a maximum of two (2) hours, no more than two (2) times per week. The conference room is free for residents and local organizations that are not charging fees. For-profits and fee based programs will be charged a room fee. All reservations need to be requested at least three (3) days in advance & end 15 minutes before closing.
Meeting Rooms
The library has three (3) meeting rooms: Meeting Room North (North), Meeting Room South (South) and the Scott Room. Use of these rooms is limited to not more than three (3) times in any three (3) month period. All reservations need to be requested at least three (3) days in advance & end 15 minutes before closing.
