National Library Week, April 19-25, 2020

The theme for National Library Week (April 19-25, 2020,) “Find Your Place at the Library,” was chosen before the COVID-19 pandemic forced libraries to temporarily close their edifices. Sadly, most people can’t visit their libraries in person, but libraries are still very much open for business. To celebrate the fact that libraries remain relevant and responsive, the theme was flipped to: “Find the Library at your Place.” Libraries around the country are offering virtual services and digital content their communities need now more than ever. At the Scarsdale Public Library, staff is ever on the alert to answer your questions, respond to your needs and create programming that will educate and distract during this difficult time.  Find out more about National Library Week: http://www.ala.org/conferencesevents/celebrationweeks/natlibraryweek
