The Scarsdale Public Library is offering “Chair Yoga with Ellen,” a seated yoga class, Tuesdays at 11 AM. The class includes building strength and stamina, stretching and guided meditation and breathing. This one hour class is free, for all levels and open to the community.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid program. You may attend this program either in-person at the library or online using your own device. All registrants will receive a Zoom link approximately one hour prior to the start of the program.
