Event Details

Join us in the Scott Room to hear from Dr. Danielle Greenman, a physician and specialist at the Blum Center for Health in Rye Brook, as she speaks about the management of chronic stress and lifestyle impacts on one's health and brain. Managing chronic stress has become increasingly important in healthcare, and prolonged stress can contribute to many of the same mental and physical effects as more sudden traumas. Dr. Greenman will give an overview of the internal and functional medicine approaches to assessing room for improvement in one's lifestyle and the steps you can take to promote your wellbeing.

There will be time for questions and answers afterward.
