This program was originally scheduled for January 2024. 
Ages 7 - 13
*We reserve the right to refuse access to any programs for individuals who do not meet the specified age requirement for the program.*

Come in to play the Game of Kings in the 2024 Winter Chess Tournament for Kids! Boards and pieces will be provided.

Please bring a snack for a break halfway through the tournament.

Please note check-in is at 10am. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after the check-in start time, your spot will be given to a child on the waitlist and you will not be able to attend this program.

Registration is required. Each child must be registered separately.
Registration is online only and begins Sunday, April 28, at 8am.
Registrations will not be accepted via email.

Photography

Please note that photographs and/or footage may be taken throughout the event. These will be used by the library for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media. Please consult with a librarian if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempt from this activity.

Unattended Children

Parents and Caregivers should be attentive to children under their care at all times during the program. Children are not permitted to be left unsupervised by their caregiver unless over the age of 10.
