Children's YogaThis yoga class will integrate stretching, strength building and mindfulness meditation for toddlers.
This fun-filled class will combine yoga poses, music, games and breath work to build focus, concentration, strength and confidence.
For ages 2-5 years old.
Please note that if you arrive 5 minutes or more after the program start time, your spot will be given to a child on the waitlist and you will not be able to attend this program.
Registration begins on Sunday, April 23 @ 8AM.
