Children's YogaThis yoga class will integrate stretching, strength building and mindfulness meditation for toddlers.
Ages 2 - 5 with a parent/caregiver

Miss Susan of Budding Buddhas will teach this fun and relaxing Yoga class that integrates stretching, strength building, mindfulness, and meditation for young children.
Registration is online only and begins Sunday, December 17, at 8am.
Registration is required. Each child must be registered separately.
