The Scarsdale Public Library is offering “ Chair Yoga with Ellen,” a seated yoga class, Tuesdays at 11 AM. The class is conducted to music and includes building strength and stamina, stretching and guided meditation and breathing.

This hybrid meeting is intended for Scarsdale's middle school and high school students who want to get involved with the community hub which is the Scarsdale Public Library.
