Why Iyengar Yoga? Because it is a profound transformative method of learning yoga.

As a certified lyengar Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, Nancy Kardon knows how to guide students of all ages and abilities.

No one is too stiff, out of shape, stressed, or old to begin Iyengar Yoga. Required is a willingness to learn about yourself and work with your challenges steadily, one step at a time. Over time and with practice you get stronger, and aches and pains lessen while you gain endurance, flexibility, balance and EQUILIBRIUM.
