Join us to watch or cook along as Mary Callen, The Well-Fed Yogi, demonstrates how to make healthy, delicious dishes out of grains. 

Mary will demonstrate how to make Green Farro Salad and Quinoa Chili.

Mary is a board certified holistic nutritionist, advanced yoga teacher, and certified vegan lifestyle coach.
