Do you feel like you spend your weekend recovering from your week rather than enjoying it? Feel like you need to start your day with caffeine and end it with alcohol? You get the munchies throughout the day and once you start, it’s hard to stop? I won’t even ask about your sleep….

Sound familiar? You’re not alone. In this 5 week workshop, you will learn the skills needed to reduce food cravings, lower stress and anxiety, and find more balance in your life. Lifestyle factors and how they relate to food choices will be discussed in these interactive sessions. Come with an open mind and a willingness to participate. Each session can be attended individually, but participating in the whole series is encouraged for best results.
